China and other emerging countries in Asia is run by Jean-Paul Thiéblot, DEEG, DESCAF, MBA, based in our Montreal office.

A multilingual graduate of economics, finance and marketing, he is, above all, a practitioner with twenty years of executive experience, managing manufacturing, import and distribution businesses in Canada. Specifically, he has guided a number of companies in implementing their "manufacturer" to "distributor" conversion by refocusing on brand management and the design, development and marketing of products to be manufactured in emerging countries.

He has regularly dealt with manufacturers in China and other emerging countries in South-East Asia for over 15 years. His professional activities have resulted in no less than 40 stays in China, in addition to stays in Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Jean-Paul Thiéblot's right-hand man in Asia is Vincent Chan. Born in Hong Kong, he is a graduate of Engineering System Design from South Bank University of London, UK. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

His professional expertise includes manufacturing, industrial design, business development and marketing. For over twelve years, he has helped U.S., Japanese and European companies deal with Chinese manufacturers and penetrate this market.

Vincent Chan does business all over China and has worked closely with Jean-Paul Thiéblot for over five years.
