Jean-Guy Boulet holds business and economics degrees from Toronto's York University and has over 20 years of consulting experience, most of it acquired in the industrial sector.

He worked with a major industrial association for 10 years and later became an international marketing expert for Mallette / Andersen Consulting before joining Zins Beauchesne and Associates in 1996.

Since then, Jean-Guy has mainly worked in the manufacturing sector, specializing in technical economic feasibility studies, the trade aspect of market studies, opportunity studies, and the development and management of distribution channels.

His clients include manufacturing companies in a variety of sectors, including wood products, construction material and furniture.

Mr. Boulet has conducted major studies for the Quebec Lumber Manufacturer's Association, the Quebec Furniture Manufacturer's Association and the Société d'Habitation du Québec.

He also regularly conducts market studies in the United States and Europe, and advises companies on how to develop distribution channels in these markets.

Mr. Boulet works on a variety of mandates, including feasibility studies and market potential assessments for manufacturing firms and agencies such as the DEC, the MDEIE and the SGF.
